Andrew Bynum, of the Lakers, recorded a triple-double with a 10 point, 13 rebound, and 10 block performance on Sunday. But does anyone believe he can keep up the intensity on defense?

The Memphis Grizzlies looked to be coasting to a game one blowout victory late Sunday night but the Los Angeles Clippers, led by Nick Young (NICK YOUNG!!), came back from 27 down to win by one.

Our unfiltered thoughts on the past week in sports…

Sean Payton and Mickey Loomis are appealing their suspensions but doesn’t it seem odd that the person that hears the appeals, Roger Goodell, is the man that handed down the suspensions in the first place?

Those with interest in the NFL are anxiously awaiting the unveiling of the new Nike apparel on Tuesday, although Nike has said not to expect drastic changes. That’s just too bad because that Tampa Bay creamsicle and Seattle neon green deserves to be phased out.

5 foot 9 inch James Justice owned the NCAA slam dunk contest.  Why is this SO much better than the pros?

Let’s Be Honest…

Our unfiltered thoughts on the past week in sports…

David Stern and the NBA were smart to figure out a way to get Jeremy Lin involved in the All-Star weekend.  The Rookie/Sophomore game was the most watched since 2004.  A few guys named Wade, Bosh, James, and Anthony participated in that one.

It really is a shame that Slam Dunk Contest got top billing on All-Star Saturday Night. Do you even remember who won and why?

In case you forgot, Jeremy Evans (Utah Jazz) won by jumping over Kevin Hart in the final round.  Yes, that Kevin Hart.  The one we can all jump over.
